Immunizations are an important part of keeping you and your family healthy.

This means taking time to answer your questions, addressing concerns, and providing you with immunizations to keep you and your loved ones healthy. You can expect:

  • No prescription necessary.
  • Ages 7 and up for flu vaccines.
  • Ages 12 and up for all other vaccines.
  • Review of your current medications, and discussion about possible side effects and any other concerns you may have
  • Administration of your vaccine in a private room
  • Immunization report for your doctor
  • Insured and cash pay patients welcome
  • Medicare Part B accepted for flu and pnemonia vaccines.

Prepare for your Immunization:

  • Wear loose fitting clothing
  • Bring a copy of your insurance card and photo ID
  • Download and complete Vaccination Consent Form

  • Seasonal flu (influenza) vaccine once a year
  • COVID Vaccines
  • Vaccine to prevent whooping cough and tetanus
  • Zoster “shingles” vaccine (ages 50+)

Age 65+

  • Seasonal flu (influenza) vaccine once a year
  • Vaccine to prevent whooping cough and tetanus (Tdap)
  • Pneumococcal “pneumonia” vaccine
  • Zoster “shingles” vaccine (ages 50+)
  • RSV Vaccine (ages 60+)

Heart disease and diabetes type I or type II

  • Seasonal flu (influenza) vaccine once a year
  • COVID Vaccine
  • Vaccine to prevent whooping cough and tetanus (Tdap)
  • Pneumococcal (PPSV23) vaccine
  • Zoster “shingles” vaccine (ages 50+)
  • RSV Vaccine (ages 60+)

Back-to-school

  • Seasonal flu (influenza) vaccine once a year
  • COVID Vaccines
